- Training girls and women on their rights in friendly formats
- Formation and capacity building of community child protection committees
2 / Education Access & Retention
Promoting education as a foundation for empowerment by:
- Organising school enrollment drives and back-to-school campaigns
- Introducing informal learning through shepherd and mobile classes
- Adoption of up-to-date teaching and gender responsive methodologies
- Providing essential learning materials
- Working with the school board of management to address absenteeism and dropout rates
- Establishing reading clubs and offering remedial literacy/numeracy support
3 / Life Skills & Mentorship
Building personal confidence and leadership skills through:
- Establishing teens’ clubs on public speaking and debates in schools and villages
- Using art, music, and storytelling to express themselves
- Hosting annual forums or festivals to highlight talents and share stories
- Establishing safe spaces for mentorship by trained mentors

- Menstrual hygiene education and distribution of dignity kits
- Improving access to Sexual Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) resources

- Personal hygiene, sanitation, and handwashing campaigns
- Mental wellbeing through play therapy, group talks, and safe-space conversations to support

- Father-daughter dialogue days and engaging male champions
- Hosting community dialogues
